Scope
This policy explains in plain language how PuhuKoç uses information across accounts, AI coaching, study tools, community, human coaching, subscriptions, and support. The Turkish KVKK Notice contains the binding legal detail.
Information and Uses
PuhuKoç may process account details, exam and study preferences, plans, sessions, mock results, voluntarily submitted text and media, community content, coaching signals, subscription status, and security logs. Photos are used only to classify a topic, never to solve a question. Raw AI confessions are not disclosed to a human coach; only defined signals may be shared.
Information is used to operate accounts, personalise study tools, show progress, provide AI and human coaching, run payments and notifications, protect security, and answer support requests. Official exam facts come from verified editorial content rather than free-generated AI output.
Providers, Analytics and AI
PuhuKoç may use Render, Neon, Cloudflare, Resend, iyzico, Sentry, Google, OpenAI, and Gemini. Google Analytics loads only after an affirmative choice. AI payloads are minimised and masked, but users should not type identity, contact, or payment details into chats.
Controls
Ads in free access
Eligible anonymous and Free visitors in Turkey may automatically see one non-personalized Google ad at the end of a blog article. Premium and STAFF stay ad-free. Analytics choices do not change ad delivery; Google Analytics loads only after separate acceptance. Personalized ads and behavioral targeting are disabled. Google may use IP addresses for delivery and, when programmatic limited ads are enabled, cookies and local storage for invalid traffic and abuse detection, with processing abroad. See Google's data-use explanation. The stricter child/teen protection of the profile and article is applied; profiles, exam results and AI conversations are not sent to the ad provider. Analytics choices can be changed in cookie preferences; rejecting analytics does not remove ads.
